who would you rather have and which one will have a better rest of the season let's say that benson gets traded to the mets or even if he stays in pitt..............suppan and benson both are free agents in my league.............

Suppan, but I still wouldn't recommend him in most leagues.

Benson is just a ball of raw talent... if he gets on a good team, maybe things will finally settle down for him.

Benson is a 30 year old pitcher with a career ERA of 4.29 and WHIP of 1.42. Why is everyone so worried about him being traded? Better yet, why are teams even targetting him? I must be missing something.
