I like any guy who can command four pitches. 88-92, no real out pitch, but the kid just knows the strike zone. 2003 was his first season as a fulltime SP, so we'll have to see about durability.
But I agree he's a pretty good prospect. I'm not of a mind to pick him up for this season though, as I don't like rookie pitchers in non-keeper leagues. I might get the occasional burn by dismissing them (Webb, Willis last year, for example) but the strategy is a safe one. On the other hand, if it's a replacement for Lima, can't say it's a big risk!
