A week ago, I would have said Odalis, no question about it. But now he's got a rotator cuff injury, and that's some cause for concern. Pineiro has been pitching very well lately, but I've still got to go with Odalis, but not by a huge margin.

Stupid injuries! :-o

Who knows when the Mariners offense will start helping. So as of right now, i'd also go with Odalis.

i'm still on the fence with these 2.....both are fantastic pitchers.....perez has a rotator cuff injury, which i dont know how serious it is.....does anyone know how serious his injury is?? and is it difficult for SP to come back and pitch well from this type of injury?? also, i understand piniero gets no support in terms of runs, but i'm more interested in his era and whip, but he has to up against 3 strong offensive ball clubs in texas, anaheim and oakland while perez will be able to feast upon san diego and arizona, 2 of the weaker offensive ball clubs in the MLB......at least both have their ball parks to pitch in going for them.......basically, i would pick up perez over piniero but i dont know the extent of his injury.....any advice?????
