Schill - 120IP 11W 0SHO 110K 3.08ERA 1.12WHIP

Muldy - 118IP 10W 1SHO 81K 2.90ERA 1.14WHIP

Tough to call, they are punch for punch, but Muldy gets my vote because of the 9 game win streak, and the shutout.

But if a man ignores the past, he may rob the future.
The seeds of our destiny are nurtured by the roots of our past.

Mulder, hands down IMO. But then he's carried my SP's for most of the year so far. :-D

Schilling running way should start, not only because he is anchoring both my fantasy squads, but the 30 more SOs than Mulder does it for me too.....

what? no option for Lilly? 8-o

On a serious note, since they are so close I would give Schilling the nod.

1. Because he is older and Mulder should make it back a few more times.
2. It would be nice to see Schilling vs. Clemens in the start of the game. Two great SP's with amazing careers.

i'd give the nod to mulder. even if he doesn't strike as many people out he still has a lower ERA and has 2 or 3 complete games(somebody correct me if i'm wrong). but i can understand the arguement for schill to start b/c of the age difference so i don't think it would be wrong to choose either one.
