Maybe they weren't the best two games ever played but they were two of the most exciting I've seen in awhile.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

He admits it?
I guess the "Sucktrapolitans" aren't as bad as you thought....
Yeah I admit it. I also admit that even after getting swept by the Mets we still have the best record in baseball, and Boston could only capitalize on one of our 3 losses. That makes me smile.
THANK YOU METS.... you gave the sox a chance to make up a game and fend off the yanks until they can get back to fenway and hopefully turn it around...hopefully this is the start of a red sox like swoon for the yanks
Lil' John (Franco) with his hit single, "Get Seo".
“3, 6, 9 A sweep is fine, Come on, Mets'll hit it to you one more time Get Seo (x6) To the subway... To the wall... 'Til we hit out that baseball 'Til all these pinstripes crawl Oh, sweep, sweep, mother****er, Oh, sweep, sweep them Yanks. Oh, sweep, sweep, mother****er, Oh, sweep, sweep them Yanks.”

You must be on some sort of crack tp be a Giants fan (just kidding). I tell every Giants fan this - they are going NOWHERE. The Jets at least have a fighting chance.

The Jets would have a fighting chance if they were all stuck in a wet paper sack. That's about it.

This just got serious DaQ(not really). But honestly in the last 5 years when have the Giants been at their best? When they were expected to do nothing. In 2000 they were the consensus pick to finish last in the NFC East and they made it to the super bowl. 2001 they were expected to be great- missed playoffs. 02' they were excellent when they were supposed to do nothing.(If you bring up that botched kick against the niners, there will be one sad cafe member.) Last year expected big things: tanked. This year new O-line and QB an inexperienced Defense and where will they finish?
You guessed it in the playoffs. Let's Go BIG BLUE
Forget the man crush. I drop what I'm doing to watch Zack Greinke pitch.

Cowboys won't go anywhere this year. A Yankee fan and a Cowboy fan. How cliche. I think I might throw up.
