What to do if my team's locked?!

Postby rookie » Sun Jul 04, 2004 6:54 am

I joined a public league and my team has been doing pretty well.
But bad thing happend.. Just traded a player with another owner who often posts messages to critize the commish about unfair trades. The commish then takes it personally- the trade with him soon got veto by the commish. And then the commish LOCKED his team and MY TEAM...

What can I do with this? :-[

find a better league next year.

there is nothing worse than a commissioner who abuses his powers. there really isn't anything you can do. if i recall correctly, yahoo does not intervene in leagues like this. talk to the commish... see why he's being an idiot and try to convince him to unlock your team...

I agree. Unfortunately, these things happen in public leagues.

He even locked my "drop and add" function; I can't drop all the players and quit. All I can do now is to post a message. I already told him not to be such a @!$#@!%R. Seems like he knows I can't do anything for this. So...I've seen my team dropping down lately..

You live and learn. This is yet another reason why I don't play public leagues. :-t

Yahoo public leagues do not have a commish so I'm a bit confused here.
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
