I've been defending him all winter and it appears I was right. Anyone still want to argue that?

right here with my Adam Dunn less 6th place team ... Searching for a power bat I might add. Still, the punk burned me for a year and a half, so I figure I need to see a year and a half of this type of production before I'll roster him ...
Half a season and he's the next coming of Ted Williams?!?!?
He's got talent, and it has always been a question of him improving his average. He's ALWAYS been a very patient hitter, drawing lots of walks. But I still don't like his penchant for striking out either. If he can maintain an average at .260/.270 or higher, he'll do ok. In fact, he reminds me of Thome a little bit. If your leagues counts K's, he's still something of a liability. If you count OPS, he's more of a plus.
I hope for his sake, he continues to improve. I didn't take him this year in any leagues and would still hesitate to take him, simply because I prefer established consistency. I would be concerned that if the Reds go into a tailspin, he would get caught in it.
He's been 7 of 14 with 4HR in his last 4 games though. And you can't argue with 24HR in 78 games!

Hardly something to brag about especially from the deepest positions in baseball (1B, OF).
Even at .273, he still brings down a .300 hitting team by .003 which brings them down to .297. Odd are that it will cost a point or two in roto ball.
I'm still not sold, and still doubtful that he will finish the year above .270. Time will tell, but .273 is pretty weak and I'm thankful that I do not own him.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

You are making the mistake of assuming he can keep it up. This is the best he's ever played in the majors and there's absolutely nothing to suggest that it will continue. In fact, everything says to sell high right now if you happen to own him.
Any major leaguer can get hot for a couple of weeks or else they wouldn't be major leaguers.
