Just wanted to get some opinions on him. I am looking at targeting him for a trade. How bad was his injury? Will he be fine the rest of the year?

his injury wasn't too serious and he should be fine the rest of the season. i know they tend to sugarcoat arm injuries like these to young stud pitchers, but from what i've heard over the year (i've lived in san diego now for about a 1 1/2 yrs) he will probably need surgery eventually in his career because of his awkward arm motion, but that can definitely wait for the off-season. he's got great stuff and he pitches in the park of all parks for pitchers. IMO now's a great time to acquire him.

Look for his recent DL time to give him enough energy to be sharp for the rest of the season. Remember, he was putting up Cy-Young numbers (minus the wins) before his injury.
