I never understood that comment :-[ could someone explain to me what "Second place is the first loser" means? Thanx ;-D

Second place means you were the "best" loser. You may have come in second place but you still lost and thus are a loser. It's hard to explain really. :-D

but wouldn't you be the last loser? You were the last to Lose....OR does it mean you are in first place amoung the losers?

It means if your going down the list of teams that lost....second place is the 1st loser on that list.

In other words you didn't win sh*t...but your name atop the loser list.
