Milawakee (retractable)

Minnesota
Seatlle (retractable roof)

I think that's all of them - Montreal is outdoor I believe, although that stadium is just a mess.

Expos play in a dome, when they are in Montreal. When they play in that other stadium (forget the name), it is outdoors.
