Add Riske to this list because it might not take all that much to get him but he should be very effective in th 2nd half.

despite blowing his first save opp in the sequel to "riske business". makes his value lower--does it also lower his ceiling? makes me wonder.

Halladay is a big time buy low guy. Zito is another, although I don't know how much it'll be worth it with him. He's surely be better, but how much is the question.
