getting permission

Postby perlick29 » Thu Jul 01, 2004 1:19 am

A couple of days ago I wrote an article on the Freddy Garcia trade, and though I'm sure its a case of it hasn't been posted yet, or it just hit the cutting room floor, I'd still love to get some feedback on it since I worked pretty hard. I haven't had anything published here at the cafe so i'd like to make a good impression with your permission guys. If you don't want to read it I'll of course understand, but I'd like to post here if that's okay with you guys (referring mostly to Arlo since he makes these decisions.) Thanks guys.

It probably just hasn't been posted yet. I'm sure Arlo will let you know. :-)

I doubt it. It's been a week, and while I'm a little disappointed it just means I'll have to work a little harder on my next one. You can't post a Freddy Garcia article now, because the timing is off, unless I'm mistaken. So I'll wait until that last day of the All Star Break when there are no games in any major sport and people like me will do anything to keep themsleves involved like, say, read a Freddy Garcia article?

Sorry about that, perlick. :-/ I promise I'll ask Arlo about it, unfortunately he's off to Maine and will be gone another three days or so. And sorry for the late reply, I just sneaked into these holy halls by accident since my master is gone. :-°
