2 trades to help my pitching staff

I have been proposed two trade to try and bulster my pitching. Here is my staff. I have been hurt recently with Miller, and Affeldt being placed on the dl.

Trades I Was Offered
Luis Castillo and Livan Hernandez for Alfonso Soriano
OR
AJ Burnett and Jose Contreas for Garret Anderson

I am leaning towards the Soriana deal but would like to replace Castillo with another SP(Victor Zambrano, Freddy Garcia, or Odalis Perez), and pick up Mark Bellhorn, Rob Mackowiak, or Todd Walker. I have plenty of power and SB to make up for Soriano, and lead the league offensively.

So my question to you is which deal. If deal 2 then do I offer another trade replace Castillo, and who to replace him with. Finally who do I pick up for my new 2B.
