Adam Everett?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, it involves picking someone up, but it also involves strategy, so I wasn't sure which forum to put it in.

I am in first place right now but the guy in second is starting to close in on me. One of the only catagories that I'm doing poorly in is Sacrafice hits. So my question is, is it worth the slight loss in other catagories to pick up Adam Everett for all the sacrifice hits? (Right now I have Furcal and Giullen at SS)

Not anymore. Bagwell is batting second now.
Everett probably won't be bunting as much in the 7th spot in the lineup. Everett was used to move Biggio to second since he is too slow to steal it.

There's probably a reason why Everett was on pace to slaughter the record... because wasting your #2 hole on a sacrifice bunt is absolutely ridiculous so no real manager employs it!!!
Anyways, there's your answer along with a short rant. Sorry.

what kind of league uses sacrifice hits as a stat?? You might as well make "Outs by batter" a freaking stat.

I think they should've added 'Cup Adjustments' as a stat if they've got 'Sacrifice Hits' already.
