What are your thoughts on Randy Wolf for the 2nd half? I know 2 years ago he had a monster 2nd half but I think he sucked last year. Which is the real Wolf?

I was thinking about making a run for him for the 2nd half. Is he a good bet?

Take the new stadium into consideration...so far every Phillie starter has experienced a hit in ERA from it. He is still a good pitcher IMO, but don't forget to at least account for it.

Actually, that's not true, the Phillies pitching staff has been better at home than on the road.

Millwood at Home: 43.0 IP, 5.02 ERA, 1.37 WHIP, .253 BAA.
Millwood on the Road: 53.2 IP, 4.86 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, .299 BAA

Myers at Home: 30.2 IP, 3.52 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, .266 BAA
Myers on the Road: 53.1 IP, 5.74 ERA, 1.65 WHIP, .299 BAA

Milton at Home: 45.1 IP, 4.57 ERA, 1.52 WHIP, .264 BAA
Milton on the Road: 45.0 IP, 4.80 ERA, 1.56 WHIP, .293 BAA

Wolf at Home: 38.1 IP, 2.82 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, .245 BAA
Wolf on the Road: 30.2 IP, 2.93 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, .265 BAA

Overall Team pitching stats at Home: 4.10 ERA, 1.32 WHIP, .257 BAA
Overall Team pitching stats Away: 4.72 ERA, 1.50 WHIP, .287 BAA
As far as god is concerned, if he starts using an energy consuming kind of blower or electric blanket, I’ll kick his ass too.

Move over Russ Ortiz, move over Andy Pettitte, Eric Milton is now officially the luckiest pitcher in baseball. The guy stinks something fierce and he's 10-2..............
