I'm an idiot, regarding Victor. I have Varitek, who I'm happy with, but another guy in my league drafter Mauer. When Mauer went down, he was going to pick up Ramon Hernandez. I was comfortably in first at the time and he's a friend, so I said, well Victor Martinez is hitting pretty good right now. So he took Victor and passed me. Stupid, stupid, stupid...

I have been very pleased with him so far, as I picked him up right when he started raking big time. I keep waiting for him to cool off but it hasn't happened so far....

Yeah, I have Varitek, and I thought long and hard about picking up Martinez and Estrada both, I just didn't really have anyone to drop and cerainly didn't want to cut a proven commodity like Varitek loose. I wish I'd just have dumped Reyes for VMart

V-Mart was drafted in all my leagues. My personal best FA stab was Nate Robertson. Didn't think much of him, and picked him up as a filler when someone got hurt (can't recall who, as there have been so many I've lost track). Needless to say, he's still on my team.

Yep, he's so good that I'm trying to deal Javy Lopez. But it looks like Javy's trade value is pretty low.
