In the eyes of the state it is rape. And in some cases a woman exerting her power on a young man would be considered rape.
I don't know this young man but, If that opportunity was presented to most 14 year old men they would jump on it with no ill effects. We all know that most 14 year old boys are horn dogs.

Young women are a different story. All PC womens rights set aside, women are different than men.
