"Jake Peavy said he was pain-free after a 77-pitch rehab start for Double-A Mobile.
Peavy threw 4 2/3 innings and allowed seven hits and four runs (three earned) before leaving when he reached his pitch count. He'll face the weakened Royals on Friday so is worth starting. Jun. 28 - 10:21 am et" Rotoworld
What are your thoughts on Peavy I had him on my team and can still pick him up. He was doing great before his DL stint-will he hit the ground running or is he a constant injury risk that will not be good or reliable?

if you have room, pick him up.
he is a future stud and he might even be studly for the last two or so months of this season.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

the Royals right now are what the Expos were in the beginning of the year.
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.
