Did Rolen get hurt on last night's crazy play?

I was listening to a replay of the KMOX call from last night's StL/Pit game and the St. Louis announcer (can someone remind me of his name - it's driving me crazy) called the play and made mention that Rolen was walking off the field gingerly holding his hand as if he jammed it going for the ball. I saw the play on ESPN just now and he went down after a hard slide by Wilson and looked like he landed on his hand...

Did anyone else hear the play or hear anything about an injury?

I saw it live, didn't hear anything about an injury...but I did wonder to myself at the time if he was hurt. Not only did he catch himself with his hands, but he landed on his knees really, really hard. I thought he wasn't going to get up, but the announcers didn't say a word so I didn't think anything of it. I wouldn't be surprised if he got slightly hurt and just walked it off, but it could have its effects later.
