Can someone help me?? I think my pitching staff needs help?

I'm in a 20 team rottisery league.
I though my pitching staff was going to be great but so far it kind of * s.

-Randy Johnson - Whats the matter with the big unit he should have 2 wins and 15-20 Ks already.

-Matt Clement - I have high hopes but I think Mark Prior is going to get the magic this year.

-Kip Wells - He is in my dog house throwing 7 walks in 5 in. is just plain crazy.

-Ben Sheets - Also in my dog house he was spose to be so good but also * s, and the Brewers ain't going anywhere fast.

-Chris George - I hope he is good, he could be the start of my revamping my pitching staff.

-Carlos Zambrano - Starting out strong could also help me revamp my staff.

-Runelvys Hernandez - Picked him up on a hunch and I'm sure glad I did.

-Horacio Ramirez - A young arm that might have a pretty good season.

-Jason Jennings - Was over Hyped!!!! BIG TIME.

-Zach Day- Might be good.!?

-Trevor Hoffman - Is still hurt.

-Rob Nen - Also hurt which kind of * s cause I have no Relief Pitchers.

So what do u think on a scale of 1-10, am I alright or do I need help.

Sit tight, in a 20 person league you have the basis for a decent staff.RJ will be fine. It's been a week.Stay the course and do your home work, if opportunities like R Hernandez come your way go ahead and improve your team but don't make changes just because you don't already lead your league.Come on it 10 degrees outside, games are cancelled because of snow,Pedro has n't won,Glavin & Maddux are shelled, so what?,you don't have to panic with pitchers until the dog days of summer...

Johnson is money, sit tight.

Prior is better, but Clement could still win 14 games.

Never been a Kip Wells fan.

Sheets is a great pitcher on a bad team. I won't mess with him until he gets traded.

George, Zambrano=fantasy garbage

Hernandez,Ramierez, and Day-Very good sleepers. Depending on if your league does daily or weekly updates dictates when you start them.

Jennings is a guy I would keep, just start him on away games.

Hoffman I would give up on. Last year I kept Zimmerman on my roster hoping he would come back, instead I got nothing but a wasted roster spot until the middle of the season when it became official.

Nenn dude you just have to wait that out.

I would get rid of that fantasy garbage and pick up somebody off the wire for your relief pitching. Give me some of the names out there. Also are these names on your wire.

Lilly,Redman, R. Rodriguez,Santana,Cone. Those names if they are available are better than that George Zambrano stuff you got going on.

Hope I was helpfull.

As the above poster said. I think you'll be wasting a roster spot on Hoffman this year.
