Is Keith Foulke worth the pickup?

Is he worth picking up, do you think he will turn it around? Should I trade for him? How much should I give up for him?

I think Foulke will have a nice second half; he'd make a good trade target. Don't offer too much for him. Depending on your league size, something on the order of a mid-level starter or a good-but-not-great bat sounds reasonable. Start the bidding very low, and find out what the other owner thinks of Foulke. If he or she is frustrated enough, Foulke could be a bargain.
