I am currently in 5th place but have been as high as 3rd and am steadily on the rise. I've hit many struggles as my pitching hasn't been as good as I have hoped, and my hitting has also struggled some.

What would you rate this team out of 10, keep in mind Chavez and Wells will be coming back fairly soon, and what can/should I do to improve it?

I'd give your team about a 7.5.

For hitting, Hillenbrand, Damon, Williams and Hatteberg aren;t guys you can count on for the long haul. Sell high, especially on Hatteberg.

For pitching, you're solid, but Herges and Urbina who only provide saves while hurting you in ERA and WHIP. I would try and trade them. I think you should also try to get some value for Morris, Webb, and Burnett. They don't seem like their usual selves this season.
