I am currently in 9th place, 7 games out of 6th (the requirements if I want to be able to stay in the top division and keep - Pujols, Chavez, Zito, Sabathia, Peavy...and believe me, I want to!)

Konerko got waived...Dmitri Young is being waved from a pending trade...Kris Benson, Joe Kennedy, Jose Acevedo, Carlos Silva, Dewon Brazelton and Wily Mo Pena are also available off of free agency...I welcome any and all suggestions as far as trades, pick ups, drops are concerned. Thank you!

might want to trade Dotel and Lowe for 1 Really good SP or 1 really good RP [ex. Gagne, Mariano, Cordero or SP ex. Randy Johnson, So on so forth] Take that into consideratoin. That leaves u open for a decent pick up from free agent/waiver

You might want to try to trade herges away too while his number are kinda sorta decent. Hes lowered his era recently so people might not be scared of him. Maggs going down definately hurts you but he should be coming back real soon so i wold go for another pitcher as well.
