I feel bad I traded Brown, Jeter, and Dotel for PErcival (I have K-Rod) and Nomar.
Brown went on the DL the next week, and now this. And to boot I picked up Lidge two days ago. That dude is bumming

That's one heck of a ninth inning.
BB
1B
HR
2B
HBP
Bunt
IBB
Sac Fly
Groundout
4 runs and a tie game. Wow.
Is the lesson a) don't use your closer in the 8th and 9th or b) some guys just shouldn't be closers?

oh noooooooooooooooooooooooo...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I had a feeling this was going to happen
this happens to everyone not named gagne. He'll be ok...He won't get benched because of the huge trade--but Rhodes has to be happy.

Agree.....for some reason I'm not pissed...oh i know why, takatsu & Cordero got me saves today....but really, he has no chance in losing the closers job...he'll be fine.
