Ok here's how i see it. Konerko is older, and thus more proven. He gets into slumps and hot streaks, but the dude has 19 HR's! Tex will prolly turn it on as the Rangers want to compete. I see Konerko with maybe 35-40 HR and Tex should get around 30 HR. Tex will prolly hit around 270-80, while Konerko will hit around about the same. They're both on good teams, the Rangers and the White Sox, so lineup protection isn't much of a factor. Tex can play 1B, 3B, OF though which helps a lot. They are about equal but right now i'm working on a deal where i give Tex and other guys for Konerko and others. Well there you go.
