He left becasue of his left shoulder. From Yahoo! :

Jun 27 C.C. Sabathia's arm is bothering him again. The Indians' big southpaw left Saturday's game against the Rockies after just one inning of work with what has been diagnosed as an irritated left biceps tendon—the same ailment that caused him to miss two starts in April. Sabathia underwent an MRI exam and the results should be known today.
Views: Until we get further word from the Indians, you can bank on Sabathia missing at least one start. Hopefully that's all he'll miss, however since this is the second time this injury has flared up this season, there's a chance he could be out longer. Plan to leave him on your bench this week.

Evidently it's nothing at all serious. He slipped throwing a pitch is all and felt some pain. According to the Cleveland broadcasters, he's ok.

For what it's worth, they were also extolling the virtues of Ben Broussard, who's showing imrpoved patience and is waiting on pitches better. Maybe worth a spot in deeper leagues, as it looks as though his slump is over.
