Out of those players who should I bench,play,use as Utility?Can someone PLEASE help me?!

That's quite a roster - it's hard to demote any of those guys to the bench.

I'd go with Sweeney at first, although it's close enough that you may want to decide this according to matchups.

In the outfield, go with Sheffield, Gonzo and Manny, in spite of his recent struggles.

For the utility spots, I'd use Ichiro and Abreu.

Nice to have so many options!
