Good point Slomo. If I could stash him away on my DL, it would be a nice little gamble for later. I'm guessing if they actually signed him -- it's a "tentative deal", right now -- that he would of on their DL. That said, I probably wouldn't pick him up unless you have room to spare or a DL slot.

is Boone really worth a roster spot? i think this all depends on his ability to steal bases...he's a pretty average player if he's stuck to the bag...cleveland is near the middle of the pack in steals...with his injury, will he steal much? i'd like to think so and add him, but i think it's pretty risky at this point. what do ya think?
