In my league, each team is assigned $50 in FAAB. Earlier this year, I picked up barajas for $5(min bid). He has been a steal so far. Anyhow, I've actually worked out a deal where another owner is going to bid on him as he has the full $50, then he's going to deal me Dotel/Scutaro/Jordan on DL for Mike Young/Mike Maroth. So to answer your question, I would say the full boat...but good luck

If I had #1 waiver priority in an NL-only league, would you use it on Beltran? Or would you wait until something betters hits the wire.
How many 1st round picks are going to hit the WW, even in NL and AL only leagues? Only so many studs will be traded and this goes without saying but don't hesitate to "waste" your pick on Beltran.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
