its supposed to prolly but Beltran's hitting 227 with a 760 ops this year at Kauffman for some reason. most of the good part of his stats have been collected away from Kauffman. so moving to Minute Maid will prolly help him. also every single ballpark in that division is a good hitting and HR ballpark.

this might actually work out against him but the protection he'll het at the 3rd spot is beyond crazy.. he should get to see a lot of pitches so his "adjustment period" should be less or even negligible imo. but yup the unfamiliarity factor could hurt him potentially.
