I
dont see golf as a sport. Its extremely difficult to play, i certainly couldve been a grea golfer even when i was sports athlete but you certainly dont have to be one to be good at golf. And the phisical effort in ludicrous, the caddy has more of workout than you do!!!

Oh man, that'd make for a great sig........... :-D

So would this one:

for some reason I always associated lacrosse with entomology.

Did you know, that in the sport of "Extreme Ironing" ... 50% of your score is based upon the creases in the pants or shirt? :-)

I spent ten years doing morning radio and we'd have the usual "topic of the day" kinda stuff. Easily, the biggest response ever was to the questioning of cheerleading as a sport.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph......you'd have thought cheer moms were coming to kill us. A handful actually showed up at the station to cream at us for insinuating that their daughters weren't atheletes. Nevermind, that the CALLERS ragged thier daughters and not us, but there is NO reasoning with cheer-people......

.....but it's still not a sport. I classify it as "athletic art".
