I know I need to get better in the OF, but can I afford to trade Mulder in order to do so? Do Ventura/Mondesi/Nixon have any trade value?

I would trade Johnson, you will be able to improve alot and maybe get a two for one deal. You would be giving up your best pitcher, but would improve your offense a great deal.

Don't trade Johnson unless you are totally overwhelmed with a trade. Your pitching rocks, I don't know what your settings are but you should win your pitching cats every week. I would try to trade some of your speed for some power. Castillo or Durham should be able to fetch

Hitting: R, H, 2B, 3B, RBI, SB, BA, OPS

Pitching: IP, W, SV, SHO, Ks, ERA, WHIP, K/BB

I won my first game 13-4 and took all the pitching cat. except SVs.

I've got some speed, so would it make sense to pkg Castillo or Rollins with an OF to get some power at SS or OF in return?
