1st baseball season; much harder than football. won football championship; hope to do the same in baseball. any input from veteran fantasy leaguers is greatly appreciated.

In a 10 team - MLB Universe league, head to head, std scorimg (pitching: 10 points for win, saves, a point per inning and per K, negative points for walks and earning runs; offense: point per bag, point per hit and 2 points per stolen base), weekly lineup changes

1b - matt sweeney
2b - luis castillo
3b - eric chevz
SS - normar garciparra
C - jason varitek
OF - shannon stewert, vennon wells, valdmir gurrerro
U - juan pierre

Starting Pitchers:
tim hudson, jarrod washburn, freddy a. garcia, al leiter, boomer wells, wade miller, kelvin escober, kuzairo susaki

Bench:
mo vaugh, craig biggio, hidek matsuei, ugueth urbina, jake pavey

what are my weakness? how can i improve?

lost first game of the season because washburn and miller sucked up big time. also, valdmir sat out 2 games and mo played only 2 games. miller gave me negative points.

despite all those misspelled names I was able to read out, what you could need. You definitely need a better closer than Kelvim Escobar. Sasaki is ok, but not great! Otherwise your lineup looks ok. You might wanna shop Shannon Stewart, you might be able to get something better for him. Otherwise you could check your FA list or waiver wire for some help. Maybe you can find Austin Kearns (RF-Cin) or Aubrey Huff (1B-TB) out there. good luck!
