Who is the better pitcher for the 2nd half to help my pitching?

Currently 2nd in a 10 team 4x4 league:

1st in ERA (3.51)
3rd in K (358)
1st in W (58)
6th in Saves (54)

My current pitching lineup is:

Halladay, Roy TOR P
Ohka, Tomo P

In spite of past second half stumbles, I'd give Lieber a shot, at least for the time being. Ohka and Lopez aren't shabby either, though.

Johan Santana is also available. Would he the best out of this bunch for me?

Santana hasn't made me a believer yet. He's an interesting gamble, but I'd still rather go with someone like Lieber.
