of course, the main thing is that he def has lost some serious velocity over the years cos of injury troubles


popular assessment, but apparently untrue. my brother-in-law works with the cardinals, and is good buddies with matty. the velocity drop is an intentional thing. matmo was getting fatigued at the end of every year, and duncan suggested keeping a few MPH to himself. if the plan works--and he's still feeling spry--then he might reach back for some of those down the stretch. the good news is that he's feeling really good.

now, webb...i don't know. the quality of his starts has recently improved, so i hope that's a sign of something.

Please god send Brandon Webb to the yankees...

he will start playing better...as for Morris...i wish i could dump him but someone will take him and i cant get crap for him right now

I traded Matt Morris for Andruw Jones several weeks ago, and have not looked back. Mattymo has ceased to be useful.

I'm glad I got something of value for him.
