There's like 30 or so guys who've thrown complete games on both ends of a double header. Joe McGinnity, did it 3 times in the same month in 1903, all of them 9 inning victories. Ed Reulbach in 1908 became the first and only pitcher to throw CGSO's in both ends of a double header, both 9 innings.

I'm not sure if Phil Niekro had 2 CG's in a double header, but I'm pretty sure he started both games once.
