Finally. Right now I would start him against any team. I'd still be a little worried when he faces the Yankees

Are you kidding?? He just turned in another gem today, 8IP 12K 2ER...not to mention his past 3 starts. you can now start him with confidence because he is throwing as well as anyone else in the league, and anyone who doubted him should be eating their words by now.
This field, this game, it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh people will come Ray, people will most definitely come.

Indeed. Where is "Zito is God"? He was always saying that Santana sucks and Zito "is God". Haha. Could anyone be more wrong? Zito turned in another AWFUL performance today.

I agree. Past performances do not indicate future results.

I'd start Santana against most teams. It would be interest to see how well he pitches against one of the hitting powerhouses right now (e.g. Yanks, Boston, Cleveland...)

He gets one more start against Milwaukee before facing CWS.

That CWS start will be interesting. The White Sox have hit Santana pretty hard over his (albeit short) career: 30 ER over 34 IP. I'll be sitting him for that one, even if his next start is outstanding.
