How thrilled are you with Thome's production this year? Amazingly Thrilled, Astoundingly Thrilled, Or Beyond Thrilled? I'm going with Beyond Thrilled. He's producing beyond even his norm.

I'm thrilled with the batting average, the rest is about what I expected. He has always been a guy who could be Bonds-like in streaks, if the ball is reachable it is gone. I still expect a cold skid to hit to bring him down closer to .300 before the All-Star break.

I was high on Thome this year. I drafted him in the second round but he has surpassed all my expectations. ;-D

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Screw all you Thome owners! JK :-b I wish i had him on my team. His HR and run production is much expected, and that batting average is a definite plus.

Back a couple of weeks ago I tried to trade Thome for Giles. I had Helton at the time, but that trade got vetod. So i traded helton and am stuck with Thome. :*)
