I'd be suprised if he's at all productive by the end of the season. Not someone I'm even considering picking up in my NL only league.

He is a friend of mine, I just watched the game at his parents house last night. They said expect a trade this year, maybe to the Reds, Royals, or Red Sox. If that happens then who knows where he will be, if the Padres keep him I do not think he will be in the Rotation unless their current injuries keep up, but bullpen work is a possibility.

I've started him his last 4 starts in my 16-team league because I'm pretty desperate and have been pleased.

Great thing he's been very consistent during that time. SD's is a pitcher's best friend. Good pick up until at least Peavy comes back (July 2nd I think).

Oh yeah and this sucks too.

oh yeah and the defense, 5 errors in 4 games that Tank has started this year. the support from this team is crap.
