How many teams are in your league?
Your starting offense looks ok, but you might want to shore up your bench in case something happens.
You definitely need to upgrade your pitching. You need RPs badly - try trading away some of these starters (daal - if anyone will take him, sabathia) to get a closer. If no one's trading, keep an eye on pitchings who are in line for saves - in some leagues Acevado is still available (if postings here are to be believed), Villfuerte is going to get saves for awhile in SD, Baez looks good in Cleveland and someone might be willing to trade him.

Your team is offense is really good, maybe with a better 3B and bench OF, your lineup will rock but your main concern should be your pitching.

I think that you should be really over your SPs, drop Daal and try to deal Sabathia and Reed away for a better SP, then scan your FA for some sleepers that you can pick up while hot and then drop if they get cold (and pick a new one). I don't think that you are that bad on your RPs, Percival is neat and Mantei would be a decent closer if he stays healthy, but if you still feel like scraping for some extra saves there's always a new closer on the FA (like McDougal, Lance Carter, etc).

So good luck. ;-D
