Is it just me or is this guy giving up ER a little too regularly?

I know he's rated highly by experts such as Rotoworld's Matthew Fisher (author of the Strike Zone column), who has him as 213 or os on his list of top 250 overall.

Am I just overreacting?

Is he worth a roster spot just because he is one of the committee closers in Clevelend or should I drop him for the likes of a Farnsworth (worse ratios, ks for the season),
Mike Adams (only 13 ip so far but look at them ratios!),
Duaner Sanchez (starting to produce)
Brian Meadows

I'm seriously contemplating dropping him for Meadows but don't want to regret it later...

There's no committee closing in Cleveland. Jimenez has the job, Riske is next in line, and Wickman could take over after his rehab. Betancourt is not in the mix, as the Indians have made it clear they want him setting up and don't want him pitching back to back days as his fastball (his only quality pitch) flattens out when he's tired.

He should not be rostered in any roto leagues.

Thanks, Hat. I like the kid for his superb k-bb ratio, but he's been getting touched for runs at an increasing rate lately. Time to let go.
