Update: The carpenter for Cordero trade went through, and as of tomorrow i can start using cordero and the other guy can start using Carpenter. It hurts to let him go, but my relief needed help.

Man the guy that pulled the trigger on that trade is crazy unless he is a mile clear in saves and in desperate need of a SP.

He was up in saves by 15, and he also has Wagner and Dotel, and to a lesser extent, Rhodes. His starters were Pedro, Schilling, Sheets, Thompson, P Wilson, and Alvarez. Now hes got Carpenter and no Cordero. Hes in 5th, pretty far back. But I dont think he can make up too much ground in pitching, unless hes looking to deal Carpenter for a hitter.
