What is rhodes doing pitching in the 7th? Is he done as closer?
Who takes over?

Rhodes is even worse then his numbers suggest, Mecir believe it or not is worse then Rhodes. The Duke has been struggiling lately but is still the best option the A's have as Bradford, Rincon, Hammon are not closer material.

None of these above guys are capable of closing out games, Billy Beanne will be trading for some bullpen help REAL SOON.

If a trade isn't a possibility, I could see the Harden~closer switch happening soon.....Not to further the rumors that seem to have run rampant around here, but the A's are out of options. I don't know what their budget is like, but if they can't trade for one, Harden might be their only option.

i own Harden & Rhodes, & i would much rather have Harden & give me a nice Sp/Closer, & i can finally dump Rhodes once & for all
