I was thinking of joining a Yahoo mid-season league, the only league I am in I know everyone, are these leagues any good? Is there a lot of trading or just collecting stats.

if it is casual then it sucks but if competive i think it is fun, it is just the luck of the draw i got put with a bunch of active Gm's in one competetive league and it has been great and i did a casual league a few years back and it sucked becasue no one trade or were even active

It is impossible to predict. It all comes down to the people you get put with- luck of the draw

I joined one posted here at the Cafe which has been very active. If you are looking for a league with fantasy enthusiasts, the Cafe is a great place to find one.
