Blue Jays placed outfielder Vernon Wells on the 15-day disabled list with a right calf strain.
A big loss. Instead of being sent down, Alexis Rios will be Toronto's center fielder for the next two weeks. Jun. 16 - 6:18 pm et

Hmmm, maybe its Griffey... Its like a balance, if Griffey is playing at 100% then everyone else can't be...

Bonds, Sosa, Beltran, Maggs, Wells, Lofton, Anderson, C. Jones... the list goes on.. All of these players have had great years while Griffey has been on the DL.... and now all have had some sort of injury (some worse than others)

He ran into the wall the other night (was taken out after the play) and almost gave the KC GM a heart attack

Well this just sucks. He was really playing great lately. This just goes along with the way the whole season has been.

Beltran's fine. He went 1/3 yesterday with a SB and a R. He's playing tonight. Don't worry about him.

Also, I shouldn't even have to say this, but I will...

Your Beltran for his Anderson? Take it.
