I've noticed that Aramis Ramirez gets very little love here in the cafe
Why????
The guy is hitting .323, 14 HR, 49 RBI
He is a legit 3rd base stud and he is always like the last 3rd baseman mentioned in here
May I ask why??
Timmy!!!

how does he not get love? he's like .315/15/45-50 right now, which looks to be as good as, if not better than his quality 2001 season.
and his D has improved, partly in thanks to solid quality 1B played by derrek lee.

I think part of the problem is how deep and well preforming this position is this year. Especially if your league lets you play Cabrera and Mora there. I have Ramirez and love his production, I can't wait till Sosa gets back and if Lee keeps his current run up, you might be looking at a 320/40/130 hitter at the end of the year. 290/30/105 at worst which is still damn good!!

i have been saying this for months... aramis ramirez is an afterthought in here... i traded beltre for him before the whole bone spur thing when beltre was white-hot and have never looked back...
aramis is holding it down for me and the scary thing is hes only 24 with a lifetime of experience... you better believe he's gonna continue get better and better and he's in the perfect situation to flourish in the pinstripes...

i believe that he could easily become one of the best third basemen in the next 2-3 years.

I got lucky and picked him up off waivers (guy in my league dropped A-Ram for Beltre around week #2 of the season).
Good thing too, because I was one of the unfortunate people who drafted Ensberg.

Why doesn't anyone in my league drop anybody good? All I hear about is leagues having Huff, ARamirez, etc on the wire that is unreal, I am so jealous... i think my best FA pickup was Bellhorn!!!
