He's one of the top catching prospects in baseball, and could do reasonably well right from the start. He has talent and comes into a good situation. One question is how often he'll actually get to play behind the plate - if his future is at dh, his keeper value obviously takes a huge hit. On the whole, however, he's a good bet to succeed over the long run.

He's going to play and play a lot. I expect he'll get enough games behind the plate to be eligible there next year. Fletcher will get traded and if not will sit. Jays rookies will get the chance to play and lot's of rope. The short run may hurt as he adjusts but I'd expect him to hit decently and play every game.
