1) having first pick because toy are the commissh is WRONG. REALLY WRONG.
2) it doesn't matter who you pick first as long as it is someone reasonable. your team is made in the middle rounds anyway.

Go with A-Rod, although Oujols is a close 2nd.
I am the commissioner in a small league I created at the start of the year and I had first pick too...but we picked it out of a hat, so it was fair. I don't exactly think it's right that you get the first pick just because you're the commish. Expect your leaguemates to drop out of the league if you jump out to a big lead early. I would quit your league just because it's wrong and cheats the rest of your league.
