I noticed that in both of my leagues that I have not had too many wins lately. So I checked to see my starts to wins results. Just in the last 2 weeks in both my leagues, I have had a total of 23 starts in only 4 wins. Sure my staff is not as good as it should be (mussina and wolf out in one league, halladay and beckett in the other) but come on.

Wait, did I misunderstand that? You've had 23 starts in the past 2 days in your 2 leagues? That's almost 6 starts per league, per day...that can't be right.
Edit: Stupid Math.

Wouldnt it be like 6 starts per league per day?
6 starts * 2 leagues = 12 starts per day * 2 days = 24 starts?

Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

Haha, good point...I think I'll go to bed now. Wow.
haha, everyone's tired and making typos. to respond to the post, my pitching's been terrible. in my main league i have wolf, peavy, and now brown out, so that leaves me with loaiza, zito, and myers, and i don't have a fourth. i think i'll just punt wins and IP and pick up quality MR's until i get some descent starters back who don't consistently give up 5 or 6 runs. i'm baffled with how zito's doing right now by the way.
"24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not."
I've been having quality starts from my guys but wins are few and far between.
Last few days I've started Miller, Webb, Garland, Zambrano, Batista, Clement, Lilly, Penny and Oswalt. 9 pitchers in total, most who have had quality starts and not 1 WIN

I have Mussina, K. Brown, Kip Wells and Horatio Ramirez all hurting. Not to mention that Kevin Millwood is pitching horribly. This always happens to me. Why? It's not just Murphy's law. My last name IS Murphy. I was cursed from the beginning!
