Your relief pitching is fairly good, with two or three legit closers. However, your starting pitching is in desperate need of improvement. You really need a stud pitcher. I would get rid of Simontacchi in particular, even though he plays for a great team and will thus get some wins but he is inconsistent and an injury risk. Is it David Wells or Kip Wells that you have on your bench. If it's David, he'd be a slightly better starter than Simontacchi. Kenny Rogers will probably be marginal at best this year. Radke is a decent starter, but a top 50 pitcher at best.
You desperately need to pull some trades to get better starters. Surely, the weak pitching you have means that you have great offense that you can trade some of it away to improve the pitchers.
